Very amiable, incredibly attentive staff towards all guests. Brand-new and good-sized units with comfortable bed, a magnificent view and bath.

Pretty standard hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had an excellant experience. Its location within walking distance of a street market was particularly good and absolutely perfect.

We requested a superior king room with lovely view and were completely satisfied. Location: the hotel was so close to the ferry to MONA and shops, restaurants, cafes and bus station.

The setting was unsafe.

Everything was well-maintained, kind staff, exceptionally good views of mountain or water. It was in the very central location too close to bus station. And it was also next to shops, sights and restaurants and Tasman Bridge and all the cafes and restaurants in the area.

Can't wait to say thanks, would definitely come back. The location is very central. Cannot mention that a bus stop was walking distance to the hotel.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my comfortable 4 nights stay here. Friendly service, even though a few employees were sarcastic. The room was large and stylish and included a safe box, multi-channel television and a Nespresso coffee machine. I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was great! The location was marvellous and beautiful: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. Also, the area was lovely. The staff was outstandingly accommodating - I would stay here again.

I loved staying at this hotel! Everything was super close to the central area and the harbour – I could walk to all the shops and attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was very impressive. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. Another plus was the convenience of the parking and transportation in this city.

What a fantastic way to start the new year! The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the free valet parking and welcome drink, which added a special touch to our stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The central location allowed us to explore the city on foot easily, and we loved being close to all the action.

Although we loved the location, it did mean that the noise from outside could be heard at times, particularly in the morning. the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors using the bathroom.

Location of hotel near attractions and restaurants was convenient. Great breakfast and coffee at the restaurant on site. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bath and shower for two.

Room was not ready at check-in time and we were given a different room, which did not have the view we had booked. Parking is difficult with only valet and limited space for car drop-off/pick-up.
